PRINCIPLE: Based on the theory of "selective laser photothermal", the 980nm diode laser system uses a specific wavelength to penetrate the skin for vascular treatment. Hemoglobin and red pigment maximize absorption of the laser energy, leading to solidification, shrinkage of capillaries, and finally metabolic degradation.
The 980nm wavelength ensures normal intact skin tissue architecture is preserved while achieving superior therapeutic effects without damaging the superficial skin.
